I would go up a half size from your regular size. I normally wear a 9 and decided to order a 9.5 and I'm glad I did bc the 9 would've been way too small.

I wanted a pair of running shoes that would be affordable, cute, and most importantly comfortable. These shoes met all of those expectations. There didn't seem to be any breaking-in period, they felt great the very first time I wore them jogging. I will probably be ordering a second pair soon!
