Too many jeans these days have too much stretch/spandex in them! The embroidery detail on the back pockets and down the hip seam is a fun touch too. I would say these run a bit small, though, more like junior's sizing. My measurements are 36-28-38, and I ordered the size 30 since they sit below the waist, yet they are still a bit more snug than I'd like. The 30" inseam is absolutely perfect for my 5'3" frame, though!
