Similar to adidas Duramo 7 trail. But again. Size true to fit. -
2.0 out of 5 stars. Well made, comfortable, lousy tractionVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Wisconsin on Friday, October 7, 2016These are typical Merrell shoes: well made, comfortable. They fit my feet well. But the Vasque soles are a disaster. They have almost no traction on wet surfaces. And it's easy to see why: to create the artistic tread pattern, they have only bits and pieces of rubber on the ground. I took a couple fliers on a wet trail last weekend. No injuries, but I was pretty embarrassed when, sprawled out, being passed by little kids. I will wear these to work but not trust them outside. They should come with a warning.

3.0 out of 5 stars. They are adequateVerified Buyer Reviewed by John from Austin on Thursday, September 29, 2016Shoes are a bit narrower than I am used to on a medium but not too much. They are not an extremely comfortable shoe but they do not hurt or are annoying. I have been taking four mile dog walks and wearing them all day without complaint. So for the price they are satisfactory. I have had other Merrell shoes that were more comfortable.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Comfort!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Vince from Asheville, NC on Wednesday, September 28, 2016I needed a shoe for long days at work, but also wanted something to hit the mountain trails with on my days off! These can definitely withstand the abuse. I already notice much more support and comfort vs my previous all terrain (New balance) sneakers. Premium quality, breathable, and water even beads off the outer material a bit.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Odd ShoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Charlieo from LI,NY on Thursday, August 18, 2016As someone else had noted, you are slightly elevated on rubber cleats, it's an odd feeling when walking on a hard surface.
Also, the toe-box is too snug for me. -
1.0 out of 5 stars. Merrell all out terra turf lace shoeReviewed by Hiking, backpacking, out doors type of dude from Colorado on Friday, June 24, 2016These shoes are cleats. They are not hiking, trail running, casual, or any other shoe that might be associated with those types. These shoes are just cleats-use them for soccer, football, lacrosse- but they would be inferior cleats for those sports as well. Merrell usually does a great job, but they dropped the ball on these. They have a horribly hard sole, not stiff, lots of flex, but no cushion. And there's cleats on the bottom! Don't buy these.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Sweet ShoesReviewed by Kid with a Dream from Utah on Wednesday, June 15, 2016Very nice shoes, they look great, and they feel very comfortable. I need a lot of arch support and these shoes have just enough that I don't need to purchase inserts. Shoe is true to size. Soles are incredibly grippy and provide a lot of stability on the trail (or path or sidewalk or whatever).
