To say that they run small is an understatement. I wish info like that would be included in the description. I have gotten some great deals through STP but the money I have spent shipping items back is making me think twice before taking ordering!

I haven't experienced any zipper slipping open, and the boot is a comfortable and attractive everyday boot. I ordered my normal size 11 and find these true to size and generous of width. They seem well crafted and I like the slight lift from flats.

It's a shame because it would have been a perfect fit with the cushioned footed and stretch side gores.
