4.0 out of 5 stars. Great shoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Lisa Lu from Nevada on Tuesday, December 13, 2016These shoes are awesome. I was not sure what to expect but was very happily surprised. The shoe I ordered was a bit small, but there were no more left to exchange due to the sale. I like them so much that I will just wear thin socks to make it work. Thumbs up!

1.0 out of 5 stars. returnedVerified Buyer Reviewed by h from TN on Wednesday, November 23, 2016I bought this light weight shoe to pitch in my ski bag and have easy shoes to change into in the lodge BUT I have high arches ( just for not slim feet) and I cannot even come close to getting my foot into this shoe. The entire construction of band across the foot is stitched down and there is no elastic to permits foot into the opening the form back around they were returned

4.0 out of 5 stars. Definitely Upsize if in Doubt!Verified Buyer Reviewed by sassyone2 from Louisiana on Monday, October 3, 2016Fairly comfortable. Can tell they will take some "getting used to." Had to exchange for the 37. 36 WAY too small. I am a true Dansko 36 - these definitely run small. They are a CHORE to put on but hoping they will stretch out some over time. Not bad for the price. They certainly have a non-slip sole!

3.0 out of 5 stars. Quality control problems, but maybe a great product?Reviewed by Anonymous from SE on Tuesday, June 14, 2016I'm torn, and so is the left shoe.
I pulled these out of the box and hooked a finger over the heel to slide the left shoe on. I'd read and heeded reviews that said to order up because of a snug instep. As I pulled them on over a light sock, the elastic panels seemed to be doing their job. And then one of them ripped. The entire side of the elastic (about 1.5cm) ripped free from the stitching that held it onto the main upper material. I checked out the shoes more carefully, and the left shoe also has a lot of small bunching and creasing along the inside ball and big toe area where the upper is stitched to the sole - like the kind of thing you'd expect from an egregious irregular, but these are supposed to be closeouts. The right shoe is smooth and has no problems I can find.
I was annoyed but wore them around the house and they became really, really comfortable after a half hour or so - the cork footbed is awesome, the shoes look kind of charming and dopey, the soles are grippy and useful.
I'm hanging on to them because I got a great price. I figure I got a 2nd for the left shoe, but I'll take its elastic in for repair and ignore the aesthetic issue. STP is out of my size or I might have chosen to try for an exchange. Incidentally, I'm a steady 39 shoe size in Keens and Danskos and almost everything else, and this size 40 was an absolutely perfect fit. -
