The jacket is perfectly warm for 550 fill power. My son is 6-1 and weighs about 145lb. I bought a medium and the fit is decent except the arms ride up a little too much when his arms are extended. He's okay with it for now. It'll fit me fine if he decides it's a problem!

The fit is generous enough to layer it over a fleece layer. The fabric is silky and fluid (not rip-stop) and the red color is nice - not flashy. Great value!
