I have a M and L. I am 6’, 185lbs. Medium is perfect over a single layer like a heavy base layer. If you wear a thick fleece or a down vest for layering or just like a looser fit, go with a large. -

I am 6', 188 lb and the medium was perfect. If you like a relaxed fit go with a large. Great quality and functional as well. I wear it everywhere.
