3.0 out of 5 stars. smaller than other PI smallsVerified Buyer Reviewed by a cyclist from Washington on Monday, May 27, 2019The fabric and chamois on these shorts seemed good (chamois is similar to the old Pearl Izumi Ultrasensor shorts, in case that's helpful). These ran smaller/tighter than other Pearl Izumi shorts I own -- and the waist came up really high (to my belly button), which would be really uncomfortable on the bike, I think. But I am short, so if you are long-waisted, these might work for you. Consider sizing up from your regular PI size.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Great Bike Short - Tight FitReviewed by Nevada City Girl from CA on Tuesday, April 23, 2019I own several pairs of Pearl Izumi cycling shorts and reliably wear size medium (5'7", 120 lbs). These shorts are well constructed and the extra length is great. While I was able to pull them on, these shorts were just too restrictive to wear comfortably for any period of time. Perhaps if they become available in a large I'll give them another try.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love the designVerified Buyer Reviewed by Montanahikerchic from Montana on Monday, July 2, 2018I love the colorful side panel on these shorts. I bought a medium and I’m typically a size 5-6. They fit perfect.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Favorite Biking ShortsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Jackson Hole on Wednesday, July 5, 2017I bought these for my wife and she loves them. She uses them for multiple types of riding: noodling around town, riding up Teton Pass, Bikepacking sections of the Great Divide Mountain Bike Trail, and touring longer distances. She says they are the most comfortable shorts ever. PI almost always pleases.

3.0 out of 5 stars. tight fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from AZ on Saturday, April 29, 2017I have many pairs of Pearl Izumi bike shorts and these are unusually tight for mediums. I'd recommend sizing up if you don't want to shimmy into them each time you put them on.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Legs long enough - Waist & Pad very comfotableVerified Buyer Reviewed by runDebrun from Anywhere USA on Monday, April 3, 2017Have worn these shorts twice now - only about 30 mile rides but they have been all over comfortable. I like the fit of the legs which do not make my thighs look like sausages. Would recommend.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Sore after 20 minutes, waist band rolls downVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Arizona on Monday, April 3, 2017I had hoped from the reviews the this pad would be my go-to pad for long rides. However, my first ride out on this pad- I was sore enough to hobble home after 20 minutes. I spend a lot of time in the aerobats, and found that the coverage was not sufficient. Also- the waist band kept rolling on me, and I found my self continually pulling it up to find a place it didn't bunch on the font of my waist.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Not for me but a good productVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Washington on Tuesday, September 13, 2016I ordered a medium and should have gotten a large. Wasn't a big fan of the striped sides as I'm not into overly flashy gear. That said the construction and quality seemed really good.
