Just what I neededVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from New Mexico on Wednesday, January 4, 2017I wanted pretty flat shoes for my kettlebell workouts and these are super lightweight and flat enough not to pitch me in awkward positions. They're pretty flat inside, which is ideal because I put Sole insoles in everything and these have enough volume to take them in and still fit beautifully. The only caveat is that they run a bit big--I wear a 41.5 in Scarpa consistenly and I've got about a 1/2 size extra length in these toes. The rest of the shoe fits fabulously. Great material.

The tops of my feet hit the fold when taking a step and foot was flexed so could tell would be a problem. returned them.
