They are comfortable and a great fit! I would recommend ordering another half size larger, because the toes are slightly more narrow. I've always had luck with Franco Sarto and the quality holds up for a long time.

Heel is perfect, not too high-but still lengthens your legs. The toe is not super pointy, and the width works on my narrow feet. I wear size 9.5, and got these in size 10- to wear with thicker socks and it's fine. Even at size 10, these look very sleek (not clunky) with skinny jeans and leggings; look okay with casual skirts, too (although they do gape a bit because of my skinny ankles). The only reason that I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the "nutty taupe" color I ordered was nothing close to the photo–what I got was very light "sand" colored. They're still nice, and it's a neutral color, but I had wanted something a little darker. Still, I'm glad I have them and I haven't seen anyone else with such cute booties like these.

They are refined and more tapered across the ankle, unlike some other boots that I have tried. Didn't rate 5-star yet because they are a gift and I haven't had a chance to wear them for a whole day. Great price and good quality.
