3.0 out of 5 stars. Wrong boots

I usually wear sz 7.5, But after reading some online reviews on this boot, I decided to go up half a size. STP has excellent customer service. They changed my order before shipping it out. However, I noticed the product descriptions on the 7.5 and 8 were different. I emailed customer service again to make sure I am getting the 15 3/4" wide calf. I was reassured that they are the same boots. Turned out, what they sent me was the regular med-shaft Savin Hill with the 15" calf, I couldn't zip up without cutting off circulation!
Those of you who are like me, with athletic big calves, you need the Savin Hill All Fit, product # TB0A1255. What STP sent me was Medium Shaft TB0A124l, two different models. I ended up buying the All Fit from another online vendor.

  • 1.0 out of 5 stars. not wide calf

This boot is not a wide calf boot. Maybe they sent the wrong one, but i couldn't even zip it up. My calves are not super big, just runners calves, I guess. But these wer not even close to a wide calf.

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Beautiful but not wide

I have very muscular calves. A normal wide calf boot fits fine. Nowhere on the box did these say they were wide calf. And they certainly didn't fit me at all. I am very sad, as they are literally the most gorgeous boots.

About Timberland

The Timberland footwear brand was officially launched in 1973, more than two decades after founder Nathan Swartz bought an interest in an established shoe company. Eight years earlier, the Swartz family had introduced injection-molding technology to the footwear industry. Today, this revolutionary manufacturing process is still being used to fuse the soles and uppers of Timberland boots without stitching, a process that allows for truly waterproof boots. Over the years, Timberland shoes and boots have continued to advance, incorporating modern features like Active Comfort Technology to provide a balance of cushioning, support and climate control. In 2008, Timberland also became the first footwear company to commercialize the use of rubber from recycled tires.
