I'm 6'3", 210 lbs and normally wear a 36 waist, but these were not even close. Cool pants otherwise - light weight, reflective fabric, good pockets and details. Sorry to have to return them.

A very tight34. Pockets a great in front and side zippered pocket on thigh flexible even when pockets loaded. Need some sort of cuff system.
