3.0 out of 5 stars. No sternum or waist strapsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Iisswift from Trout Run, PA on Tuesday, February 19, 2019Purchased this pack with the intention of using it as a diaper bag. It's an excellent bag and I really appreciate the stretchy front panel. But, the lack of sternum strap and any kind of waist belt dropped it out of contention for diaper bag.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great BagVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dr. Mattoney a Sigmmana Googo from Gambia on Monday, July 30, 201820.00 ? This is a real no brainer.
One point though
The bag is higher than its girth. That is excellent for packing soft items but it may present a challenge for hard objects like books. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. NiceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Chicago from Chicago on Wednesday, July 4, 2018Sprayed with waterproof fabric spray to make it waterproof. Now my son can carry his laptop when raining. I wouldn’t try that if it’s pouring though.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Roomy, but hard on shouldersVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Pennsylvania on Monday, May 21, 2018I really want to love this bag. It has tons of space and just the right amount of pockets. I also really like the material.
One thing I wish more reviews had mentioned is that the shoulder straps are completely unpadded. They are made of a fairly hard, ridged rubber material covered in a layer of mesh. This makes the straps breathable, but the ridges dig into my shoulders when I load the bag with more than a few pounds. The straps are also pretty stiff. When I have more than half a mile to walk, my shoulders end up super sore.
Judging from other reviews, not everyone has this problem, but I wanted to mention it. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Great capacity, fits under plane seatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Duluth on Saturday, April 14, 2018I bought this so I could take my 17" laptop on a trip plus have extra capacity for "stuff." Happy with that, plus could cinch it down to fit under plane seat. Unfortunately, I didn't notice there is not a waist belt to shift the weight and my shoulders were not happy. Trying to figure out if there is a way to add one.

5.0 out of 5 stars. SUPER PACK, SUPER PRICEReviewed by aminahyaquin from Huntington, WV, former New Yorker on Tuesday, May 16, 2017This is a a very sharp looking, versatile pack that can safely handle either of my laptops (one is 17") and gear in a pack that has a very water resisitant exterior and a waterproof, shock absorbing base. It is fairly light in weight, though I will still like to get a ini pack for when I am not combining work and pleasure...It is a very fine pack and absolutely astounding value for the price.
