Works better as a tunic with leggings. I bought a medium and it is a bit short for me. I am 5'6" 140 lbs. I'll keep it and wear as a casual dress with leggings.

I'm small-busted and wear very minimal bras (basically just unlined lace & underwire), but way too much of my bra was visible under this dress. The dress might be more practical as a nightgown. I returned it.

I bought large and I'm happy with the fit, 36DD bust. I think I would like it with a light tee shirt under it but it would need to be fitted a light weight as well

I tried large and medium, after one beautiful dress from Smartwool shrank on me years ago. Would have gone with large, but did not keep. Fabric is nice and the cut is flattering, but the arm holes gaped in both sizes to the point where I would have needed a cami. Not what I want in a summer dress. I am 5'5" 135 36b. This could work great if it fits you just right.
