They fit true to size, I normally wear a 7 which is the size I purchased and they do fit well but can't wear a thick sock so think they are just a little bit narrow. Very happy with my purchase as they are very cute with jeans.

When I first received them, I was undecided if I would keep them, because I actually have a narrow foot and often times, even a medium width boot is too "sloppy" in fit. I loved the look -- substantial in feel but not too chunky looking or heavy -- plus the sole is good for stability during weather such as rain, slush or minimal snow AND had a rounded toe box that would not squish my injured big toe. Once I put my ortho arch inserts into them, I was sold and in love with these ankle boots due to the removal of the "bit too large" space in the entire shoe (for my narrow foot). I believe anyone with a true size medium foot would not have any such concerns as I did. Finally, the price for this boot was *amazing* -- thank you Sierra Trading Post!
