It will be good in the summer, but kind of useless in the middle of the winter. The other issue is the wacky interior pocket. It's placed on the inside side panel, about 10" high, 4" wide and accessible only from the top. It's big enough for a phone, or passport, but the fabric is so thin it really can't support any weight and the outline of whatever you put in there would be clearly visible from the outside. And it's extremely difficult to get things in and out of there without taking the shirt off.

This hoodie runs true to size, I am 5 ft 2 in. and weigh 137 lbs, am broad across the shoulders and usually wear an 8 to 10. This fit me perfectly in size M. The fabric is silky smooth and definitely not itchy. I love it.
