I'd say it is a hit. others she has tried and then went back to her "before" bed, wish the microfleece was MACRO fleece (more fuzzy). it sinks down nicely in the middle where she curls up. she does not sink down to the bottom. i will keep this product. donating her old bed to the rescue / pet shelter near by.
