I have noticed that Barbour shirts and sweaters can vary a great deal in sizing. This runs true to size. I wear a 42 jacket (17/34 shirt) and this fits well. I am very pleased with it. One heads-up in case it would matter to you - the tag says that this is a Barbour product made for Land Rover. The tag is inside the sweater and not visible when worn.
