Interestingly this pair is slightly different than previously purchased Cardiff Pants. Royal Robbins tags are different colors & the button tab adjustable waist system has been replaced by elastic sides at the waist. I actually prefer this pair of Cardiff pants while continuing to love the original purchase. The long length is still 34 inches. The color is great and these wash well.

They fit so nicely I will also use these for travel & day wear. I am 5'9",150ish. The size 8 fits fine. I also purchased size 6 and will keep them too. The unique button-tab adjustment system in the waist lets me custom fit the waist area without bulk so these pants stay in place on my hips. These are not low rise pants but do sit on my hips which is my preference. The Long inseam is 34 inches which is wonderful as I struggle to find pants long enough. Shorter gals will want to look for the regular or shiort inseams. I'll do a small hem and these will be perfect. They wash beautifully and dry quickly. I wish other color options were available at the incredible STP price. Extremely happy camper!

I prefer hiking/rock climbing pants that have a draw string or adjustable waist band, and these do, w/ a couple elastic straps near the front hips, in which I can attach them to different buttons, to cinch-in or loosen the waist. And these are not low rise pants (which I like). I don't have super slim thighs or a slim rear, and these pants accommodate my traits nicely. Oh, and these pants are not short at all (so if you have short legs you'll need to get them tailored).
