1) quality
2) price (50% of original)
the zipper model waders (in canada) after tax were around $600 CAD and i love them, so comfortable and very breathable, so picking up a pair of these for around $200 was a no brainer
11/10 would reccomend -

I wore them fishing yesterday and they were awesome! The pockets were great and I had plenty of room to bend and move! The best part was they didn't leak. The welded seams worked so much better than the stitched ones. I would definitely buy these again.

This was not due to any faults of the product but rather to the fact of the large cut of the waders. I tried both the XL and the XLshort and they were too big for me. I am a fairly large man 5'11 and 235lbs. As usual you couldn't beat sierra's price of 149.00. These same waders were selling at other places for 249.00 on sale!!

Honestly, the quality of these waders appears to be every bit as good, if not better than anything I have bought to date. The fit is great, and like the reinforced areas. I seem to have more range of motion than my previous pairs allowed as well. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Yet.
I am tough on waders, I admit. I fish a lot -- well over 150 days per year. I have resisted spending more than $100 on a pair, reasoning that I know they are going to leak eventually, so why spend the extra cash?
But these were not that much more and I wondered if maybe, just maybe, the welded seasm might buy me more than a season and a half (the previous record). -

I like them a lot! They're a great fit. I'm 5-10, 190lbs, size 9.5 foot and the L are a comfortable fit.
The quality looks to be excellent... time will tell.
I do know the price is very good (google)
