1) the washable straps slide around when I try to put the pack on. Once it's on I slide them back into place and all is well again.
2) make sure the main pocket (that allows you awesome suitcase-access to the pack) is kept zipped towards the top since it could open up on the bottom & you lose all your jewels...er chapstick. -
