They are fluffy but still cushy like my other feather pillows. They bounce back after sleeping so the bed still looks good after making it (if this is a sticking point for anyone).

One of the pillows I ordered had a cut in the pillow packaging which resulted in a small cut in the pillow so I had to exchange that one, which I'm waiting on. When I took the undamaged pillow out of the packaging to check it out I was impressed. When comparing this to some of the other Pacific Coast feather pillows I realized that this is not their top of the line item but probably because it's not 100% down. The pillow felt really nice and it has a protective layer of polyester around the feathers so they won't poke through the outer pillow material. I got the King size, which is really quite wide.
