Had to return. Sizing is just a tad small but they don't run in half sizes. If you have good healthy feet and don't require orthotics I'm sure you will love them though. Seem very well made.

It feels good initially, snug in width, and is soft but really too soft. The sole is completely flat with no arch support at all; it is the sort of shoe that feels fine at first but then causes problems because it has no arch support for the foot. Wearing shoes like this will cause the foot to flatten and create problems; like wearing flip flops is bad for the foot.

Exchanged them for a size up (9) and they fit perfectly. Also, I did add an additional inner arch for more support. Boots are very well made and look great! Purchased them on sale, so the price makes them even sweeter ;-)

They run very tight - I could barely get my feet in because of the width. I've now worn them around the house with very thick chenille socks (although the right shoe was so tight, I had only a mid-thick standard stock there) . After doing this for several hours several evenings, they are "OK." Not as comfy as I'd hoped, but I'll keep them and hope they stretch with wear.

I took people's advice and ordered half a size up and they fit perfectly. The arch support wasn't quite as much as I like, but with an insole they are great. This is my second pair of Flexx and I'm happy to have found a brand that allows me to have cute/professional shoes, that are comfortable and allow me traipse about NYC with ease.
