Unfortunately, the heels, especially on my left foot, slipped off when I walked. I had to return them. I ordered my size even though one reviewer said she had to order a size up. I would have exchanged for a half size smaller but it wasn't available. I was disappointed to have to return.

I'm a size 10.5 and their 42 just fits. I also have a bunion issue and narrow heels. This shoe was narrow across the front of my (wide) foot and loose in the heel. It did have a supportive arch tho.
