They are a tad narrow, but my foot feels fine. The insole cannot be taken out, which is a con for me. I dont really mind the cyber look of the heel.
These are super easy to take off and put on having only three laces. I have been doing yard work in them and my feet never hurt. -

Wished it had a fully gusseted tongue so it would stay centered. Roomy toe area for my narrow foot. I added another footbed to take up space and cushion the hard factory footbed. Great traction.

While this shoe is casual, it has a very finished look. It is like the Merrells I have purchased before in that it is comfortable out of the box. It's a good looking shoe
