4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice Light weightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Many Hats from Texas on Monday, February 13, 2017This is a nice light weight boot with protection. If you have long days and walk a lot but are required by your job to have toe protection then these are for you. I would call them light duty and not made to use with a shovel. The zipper is nice for pulling the boots on and off when entering a customers home in wet weather.

4.0 out of 5 stars. McRae Industrial BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Arizona on Saturday, February 11, 2017These boots fit perfectly (9 1/2) and didn't need breaking in. They are very comfortable, and these have the side zipper for easy/quick on-and-off, without having to adjust the lacing. I have used McRae brand boots before with excellent long life and they do not leave marks on the floor.

3.0 out of 5 stars. painful toe capReviewed by G from US on Friday, February 3, 2017Overall, a decent work boot, hence 3 stars. However... the composite toe cap had a ridge around it on the inside on both boots that was painful. Felt like a Godzilla-sized sock seam or something. Too painful to wear. Pity. I only purchased one pair, so I don't know if it was just that pair, or if they were all that way.
