1.0 out of 5 stars. NOT Waterproof ~ "Tactical"Reviewed by Quetzal from Texas on Monday, May 25, 2015These are not waterproof stuff sacks. The Granite Gear packaging that the bags came in say "Tactical Round Rock Solid Compression Stuffsack" Nowhere do the words DryLite or waterproof appear on the packaging. I searched the internet for the DryLite stuff sack. and there appears as if there was a DryLite Rock Solid stuff sack available at one point, but this is not it. This one says Tactical. I removed the sack and inspected it and the seams are not sealed and the top does not fold down like a waterproof bag, and it appears as if there is a water resistant coating, but these are definitely not waterproof. I called Sierra Trading Post to report this and the SA argued with me about it, but I hope they alter the description so no one else buys this thinking it is a DryLite waterproof stuff sack. I went to the Granite Gear website and this item is still available and is not listed under their water proof stuff sacks, and no where in the description is it listed as DryLite or waterproof. I am returning these and I hope they don't charge me return shipping

4.0 out of 5 stars. Good, durable, lightVerified Buyer Reviewed by bicycleagent003 from Ventura, CA on Wednesday, June 3, 2009Good product. I would describe this as light, not ultralight. The straps are a bit beefy, as are the buckles. I would like for them to be a bit lighter materials, as with the rest of the body and the end caps. It's a balance, light versus durable and usually price. Good product, just not as light as I would have liked.
- Best Uses: Backpacking, Travel
- Cons: Bulky, Could be a little lighter
- Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer
- Pros: Durable, Simple design
