I should fit the small according to the size chart, but I ordered medium in Olive because of the reviews. The waist is 28" and the hip is 46". Too big for me. I'm not wild about the heavy zippers on the pockets. A bit rough to brush against, and a lot of weight for the light weight of the fabric. Otherwise I like the cut of them.

At clearance price, just ordered 2nd pair. For me anyway sizing dead-on! These are really comfy weight for 3 seasons wear! -

These run smallReviewed by Anonymous from Alberta on Monday, March 6, 2017I agree with the other reviewers that these run small - albeit not to an extreme - perhaps only compared to the vanity sizing we are used to. I am a size 8 and ordered a medium. They do fit but are a slim fit, which I am happy with. If you want a looser fit, size up. For reference I am 5'10 140 pounds. They are also more of an ankle length on me. The fabric and quality are very nice.

The elastic waist is not that forgiving and they run small. I am a solid size 8 and I feel that I should have gone up a size.I am keeping them to see if they will stretch out a bit.
