I wear the tights to exercise. they are extremely comfortable to wear while I am cycling. I am 5'7 and the hem of the pants hit me just below the ankle. I am happy with my purchase and would buy this item again.

But, on longer runs (5+ miles) they start falling down on me. I usually stick to pants with drawstrings, but these were a great price so I thought I would risk it. They are fine for shorter runs and I have a friend who has them and she has no issue with them falling down. I think my waist and butt are proportioned differently than hers :) Other than running I have taken to lounging in these because they are so comfortable!

Highly RecommendedReviewed by radist from cyber street on Tuesday, January 10, 2017I first got hooked on NB after picking up the Studio tights with the stirrups in both the horizontal and vertical stripes here at STP. There was no looking back after that. I unloaded everything else in my closet I should have retired long ago. I’ve been working out almost daily for 40 years and this is the best workout attire for my body that I’ve ever worn. These are very thick, very comfortable, flattering, colorful and fun. But what makes them special is the fabric content: nylon and lycra/supplex without polyester. This is the fabric content you find in the best of the best active wear lines. They pull you in in all the right places. And the quality of the workmanship of these is unmatched with the inside of the garment looking as good as the outside. In fact, a couple times when I was rushed, I have put them on inside out. Machine wash in cold water and they air dry lickety split. NB does make plenty of polyester pants but the fabric is thin and I stay far away from them. Those are better suited for runners who are very slim or petite. These performance tights feel thicker than the studio but I don’t prefer one over the other. They are both wonderful. I got these tights in two different blue patterns in Large. For reference, I am 5’5”, 155# and consistently wear L in NB. If you are between sizes, I would recommend to size up. I purchased the pink guava in Small as a gift for someone who sometimes wears an XS and they looked lovely on her.
I should mention that an option for the Majestic Feather Camo color is a totally different (polyester) style that I am now returning for a second time.
