This was my 6 year old's first pair of snow boots and she loved them! They kept her toasty and dry while playing in the snow. She will probably also use them as rain boots since they are so comfy and waterproof. I had previously saw these for $45 at REI and was happy to find them on Sierra Trading Post for $9 a pair. We bought the next size up as well!

We need real gear on this Michigan Homestead and this is exactly what we got with these boots for my 10 year old daughter. Waterproof and rated -20%+ with Thinsulate a soft foamy feeling inside covered in white soft fur. Oh..these were $50-40 cheaper on sierratradingpost.com than anywhere else. It's why I keep coming back and referring my friends. My oldest son is 28..been a loyal customer for years! Superb customer service to boot!!!!

My daughter loves these boots. They do run small in size. I think... She says they are as tight as a pair of size ones that she also has. I was reluctant to buy them because of the color, but she loves them! Thanks STP.

First grader wants to wear them all day! But her feet are wet from sweat from indoor wear. Well insulated. Now just need to convince her to take them off. Light enough to play soccer in at recess.

About Kodiak

When Kodiak boots first hit the production lines in Ontario, Canada back in 1910, the company sought to create a new standard in hard-working footwear. By the early 1940s, the brand had become an official supplier to the Canadian Armed Forces. Twenty years later, Kodiak introduced steel toe boots. Today, after more than a century of producing extremely rugged and reliable Kodiak snow boots, work boots and outdoor footwear, this brand remains extremely committed to setting a high bar with innovations like shock-absorbing Comfortzone insoles, slip-resistant Ultimate SR outsoles and metal-free Rockfibre safety toes that meet or exceed CSA and ASTM standards. For work or winter (or both), Kodiak footwear always has you covered.
