Spent hours trying to get the situation resolved. The one person in the company who can “fix” the issue won’t return calls. Customer service disaster!

Then I have to go through the hassle of returning and being charged again. Sierra Trading Post has the wrong item listed. Both times I ended up with a minky TNF mitten, not what is listed. What PIA. I am not sure that I will even bother ordering from STP again.
