3.0 out of 5 stars. a little tighter than othersVerified Buyer Reviewed by javiator from Vancouver on Sunday, December 2, 2018I'm 160cm 56kg (5'4" and 135lbs), usually size small or XS with some bigger brand.
For Outdoor Research would fit with small size but this jacket's hem (the bottom) seems tighter than others. If it's a little more tighter, I had to return this jacket. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. great jacketReviewed by Joe B from Alabama on Thursday, November 15, 2018Hard to believe a jacket this light could possibly keep you warm. I have had my jacket for about a year and I have become a big fan of OR merchandise. It does not feel like it could possibly be 800 fill, but this jacket does keep you warm. I had it in New Orleans last year for a playoff game (Roll Tide) and it was cold and windy. Southern cold weather is moist so it goes right through most jackets, but this one kept me warm and the wind was howling. I'd give it 5 stars but I have a slight ponch and am not a fan of slim fit especially when layering, so far, this jacket has been great, and very packable.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Super light and warm jacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ez-E from Seattle on Saturday, February 24, 2018A great light jacket that provides decent warmth. Perfect for weather between 35-45 degrees with just a t-shirt.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Very light jacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Chris from CO on Monday, January 1, 2018Same category as the Mountain Hardware Ghost Whisperer 800 down. Very light, soft and comfortable. Fit is very trim 5'-8" 135lb fits snug. Not much down packed in there so don't hold warmth as well compared to other heavier down jacket simply because there are lessdown (like the Mountain Hardware StretchDown RS Hooded @ 750 fill)... I bought both and found the Mountain Hardware StretchDown RS to be warmer when out on a 20 degree night. This one is so slim and soft, I wear it almost all the time even inside the house like a sweater... Pertex Quantum shell is very thin (hence light weight) so you can see the down through the fabric. I got the blue one, and fabric got a sheen to it that's very nice. Many have commented on the look.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great coatVerified Buyer Reviewed by tf from MA on Tuesday, December 12, 2017Runs a bit large. Get a size down if you want a snug fit and don't worry it has long arms.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Fits like a glove but is very lightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Raleigh, NC on Wednesday, November 29, 2017Loved the fit of this jacket. It's beautiful, it fits perfect and appears to be well constructed. However, it's very hard to believe this is 800 fill. It's LIGHT. I have 60g and 90g synthetic jackets that felt as warm or warmer than this. Breezy 32 degree morning was more than this jacket could handle.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great jacket!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Central Virginia on Tuesday, November 28, 2017I'm really enjoying this jacket. It's nice and lightweight with a great shaped hood. It's appropriately cut for a slim build keeping it close to the body for the ease of layering. The fill tube design gives it a modern look while not being too boxey (I was worried about it looking like a checker board). The only complaint I have is that the cuffs could be a little better fitted. It is fairly loose at the wrist almost causing the fill to be too bulky at the lower arm (I guess it would accommodate mittens well!).
I have not really tested this jacket in the weather yet. It's still in the 50s most of the day in Virginia this time of year, but the warmth definitely seems promising! -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Feather-lightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from New York on Tuesday, November 21, 2017I'm 6'1" and got a medium because I like to wear it like a sweater. This is not an arctic down jacket. This is a jacket for moving fast and light. Perfect as an emergency layer as it fits in it's own pocket. I now own 2.
