But that sizing guideline only considers circumference of the hand. On this glove, the fingers are distinctly too short. I'm hoping that with use, they'll "break in" and not be a problem. Otherwise, I'll convert them to fingerless gloves.

They are a tiny bit big but not by much. They are a little bit stiff but I think they'll soften with wear. FYI - I had my brother who wears a L try them and he said "no way, too small". What I don't like is the upc stickers that were on the actual gloves and now I have glue on the backs of my glove hands. So I'm giving them an average for the great price; without coupons, I'd recommend a pass.

These are made of good quality leather, supple and nicely lined but not too bulky. I normally wear a large in ladies size but a medium fits pretty good. They are a little wide but not too loose, or at least not as much as some other men's gloves. I used them yesterday to buck down 1/2 cord of wood and split and stack 1 1/2 cord and they barely show any wear... yeah! I'll be ordering more to keep in stock.
