You have to be bit careful to finesse the zipper over the sticking spot, which is a bother when you're running around outside. Otherwise, they're beautiful shirts, substantial enough to wear without a top layer.

frames. Since I already own the same shirt in blue and black I was pretty confident that I would be pleased with this one as well. It doesn't disappoint. I love that the sleeves and body are nice and long. I like tucking my layering shirts inside so the draft and chill of outdoor activities is less able to find a way in. This shirt is warm and soft as it hugs against the skin, too. It stays true to size after cold washing and low heat drying. It looks nice enough to wear on it's own - not just as a base layer. The color of this shirt makes it a goes-with-anything top. I plan to keep my eyes peeled for other colors in this top from Avalanche! -

I like the subtle contrast between the narrow stripes and solid panels. Avalanche always pays attention to comfort with nicely finished seams and no scratchy neck tags. Form fitting but with lots of stretch. This shirt will get a lot of use.
