It is perfect for my long slender arms. However, it is not fully lined, and is itchy on my skin. Even with a long sleeve shirt underneath I felt it would not be comfortable for me. I returned it.

If you're skin is sensitive, like mine, it's a little scratchy, but I kept it anyway because it's so pretty. I'll just have to wear it with long sleeves underneath.
