I also really wanted a sherpa lining because I love that fabric for warmth. I searched the internet and arrived at this T&C Yukon jacket. There were very few/no reviews so I went out on a limb. The first jacket arrived with a oddly-sewn collar but STP exchanged it, and the second was fine. The main jacket has the sherpa lining all the way up to the collar. The sleeves have a nylon lining and poly fill that is very easy to slide past your shirt sleeves. I like the fit of the jacket but the sleeves are long and the jacket itself is a little long. I'm 5-8 and 180 lbs and bought the large. I rolled up the sleeves at the cuff, but it seems like the jacket was made for that. The outside is blackish-grey with a somewhat odd material that is claimed to be water resistant. I'm pleased overall and would recommend this.

Fit great everywhere except a little snug across shoulder blades(upper back). Even length was good - a couple inches below waist.
Sherpa fleece is wonderfully warm. Only real complaint is that sleeves are thin - like thin jacket, so it seems a little weird to wear. Not really a cold weather jacket unless wearing long sleeve shirts, or similar underneath to keep arms warm. Thick sherpa fleece at chest and thin sleeves don't seem to go together.
