I wash them in the laundry - they haven't shrunk so far.
Highly recommend the rust color one. -

The Medium was vu too baggy so I need to trade in for the Small. The material is very comfortable, but this is definitely for warmer weather or to wear with a coat if it's cold since it is thin.

What's not to like? They launder well with no shrinkage. I felt compelled to purchase several of these shirts as I can't imagine a summer without them. Thank you Carhartt for a fabulous shirt and thank you STP for making it available at a very reasonable price.
