I love how it feels, how it looks, how it lays on the bed, the weight is not heavy so not a stand alone blanket for winter but I was just so sad to come back to purchase another king size for future only to find the queen size..I bought it for the guest bed and it is perfect for any time of year where we live.

If you are looking for a heavyweight winter blanket, this wouldn't be it unless you were planning to layer. High quality, made in Germany, where they know just a bit about quality textiles. It is soft to the touch and machine washable to boot. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my purchase.
