I got them in a tan color, which is very pale, more like an oyster cream, and a really flexible color. I am 5'8" and 140 pounds, older and still athletic in build. The L8 fits perfect, like a glove, not too tight, not too loose. They are long enough to wear with a medium heel or boots, but I've been wearing them with flats.

Two negatives I found: the rise is quit high, and I'm long waisted. This really emphasizes my belly, which isn't big at all. That's a deal breaker for me but just my preference.
The other negetive is that the white fabric is thin enough for the pockets to clearly show through. I could fix that but I'm returning them anyway due to the high rise.
I will definately try this brand again.

I had to hem, as expected. Order up if you are between two sizes, otherwise, you should be fine. I love denim in unexpected colors and I bought two of the pastels. Bogner pants are one of the "go to" brands in my wardrobe. After you spoil yourself with a couple of pairs, you'll never want to buy cheap pants again. Never missing rivets, broken snaps or rough seams, no waistline gaps or baggy knees. They wash wonderfully.
