I wore it to a work meeting over black pants and it looks great with jeans too - Glad I bought it. Washes well - I don't put it in the dryer but it dries quickly (no wrinkles) when it hangs dry. I bought the size large (5'4"/120lbs; I'm small in the waist, but big on top) I do like things a little loose but it's not overpowering.
