They are perfect for the gym, bike ride, or just hanging out. They are purposely thin on the sole, which gives a great feel for everyday and gym related movement. I like the light weight, and the neon colors are pretty mute since they are on the soles and toe. Highly recommended with a great price to match

If that's what you're looking for, it's a great choice. It runs REALLY small. I got lucky and bought the right size for my 14-year-old, but I'd say it runs about 1 1/2 sizes small. I got a 10 and I think he should be in about an 8 1/2; when I hold it up to my husband's size 10 Asics, it's over an inch shorter.
