Not much of an arch but are very comfortable. I usually get a shoe with more arch as I have plantar fascia starting but with elastic straps around my arches these shoes are comfortable and don't hurt my feet. If you don't have plantar fascia these shoes are fantastic. I like that they are designed for women in mind and you can feel the difference when you put them on. Could be why they don't bother my arches. Nice shoes!
