Alas, when I put all my old bag's content inside, I did not like the vertical aspect...I'd need to dig around more. I sent it back, but it wasn't easy because it is a lovely bag!

I wanted a hands free type bag that would be light weight, with several pockets. This bag was much larger then I expected. I have a nylon Longchamp backpack that is a perfect size but only one pocket. I was hoping this bag was the answer. Never realized how difficult it is to find the perfect bag. If you're looking for a med/large bag that would hold all your essentials this might be for you. Did like the opening, easy to see all your contents.

This did not disappoint. There is plenty of room even though it is small because it has one large compartment. The outside compartments were also important to me. The most important thing about it is that it does not have a "latch": they tend to come undone and I wanted to know that the contents of the backpack were secure.

Super soft leather but the stitching around the zipper causes the leather to pucker in places. You can clearly see it in the photo online. The zipper is too heavy for the thin super soft leather!
