I am 5'1' and the sleeve length was just a tad longer than what is shown in the picture, but wearable. The size was true to size. I bought the red color to wear to a Christmas party and it was very pretty with black slacks. I just threw it in the washer, and then the dryer by itself, and it came out beautiful. I did not even have to iron this top.
