So far this boot has taken two weeks to break in, but I expected this since the leather is quite thick, with no padding. They are not 100 percent slip resistant but I am willing to sacrifice this because they are solidly built and provide me with protection and support throughout the day. They are also beautifully designed with toe to ankle eyelets and arrive with leather laces. I had no issues with ordering and the website is easy to navigate. Thanks!

Just Perfect...Reviewed by Anonymous from Florida on Tuesday, November 21, 2017I was worried after reading other reviews stating these were seconds and that they were not true to size but they arrived today in perfect condition and the fit is great (maybe a hair oversized but not enough to deviant for your normal size in my option), I would definitely recommend these boots and Sierra Trading Posts service was excellent.

However, I ordered 3 pairs of these boots n all of them have noticeable defeats. One pair boots' hooks almost tear off from Inner side. Another pair of boots were missing partial storm welt. Third pair of boots' toe leather was torn apart and the thread was broken. I noticed that TP was stamped inside these boots. I strongly suspect that these boots are factory 2nd products instead of closeout products.
The materials are top notch. These boots can still provide good values as long as you can put up with those type of defeats. -
