Took off a star because it appears to run a bit small. I consistently wear a size large or 12 in Dickies brand pants; however, this as a Large or 14/16 was a bit tight in spots. Was a great price and works okay under my sweaters, but next got around will order the next size up, which is listed as an xl or 18/20
