4.0 out of 5 stars. Tested but not usedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from PA on Monday, August 20, 2018The rain fly was easy to set up. I tested on a windy day with some sprinkles. The wind is funneled under the tarp which made a warm day a bit more bearable. I didn't feel any rain on me but it wasn't a downpour. I'll know more in a few weeks.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great buyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Hannah from Ga on Thursday, April 17, 2014I have been waiting for so long to buy a rain fly because of the price. Most places are $70+, but I was able to snag this one in he $30 range. Some reviewers said the eno letters were peeling for them, but my letters are a part of the fly, not able to peel off or stick to each other. Pleased with this at such a great price.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Better than I thoughtVerified Buyer Reviewed by Nevada hunter from Lake Tahoe on Thursday, April 10, 2014After reading about the decal issues I delayed ordering for a month. Then pulled the trigger when on a deal saver. I was pleased to see that the decal was small and olive drab and not the big white thing in the picture. I bought some 1" nylon webbing and with my speedy stitcher I have added four more anchor points mid way between each of the four corners so I have more options. I was quite pleased with the weight and the color.

5.0 out of 5 stars. It does the jobReviewed by Engineering Rocks from Illinois on Sunday, March 30, 2014I had been looking in to buying this product for quite some time. I found it at a great price and couldn't pass it up. I have read reviews written by people complaining about how it didn't hold up in torrential downpours. It wasn't made for that. I purchased this rain tarp for the days when it rains just enough to make you get out of your hammock. In a big storm I will most likely not be in my hammock anyway. It is a great product and I recommend it to anyone with an Eno hammock that gets out and uses it often. It will keep you dry if you use it within the given parameters.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Too smallReviewed by Eric from Ohio on Tuesday, March 25, 2014At first I thought hough this would be a really perfect size. But after seeing in person I realize that it's probably too small. Give it its longest dimension, a person who is 6 feet tall would only have about 8 very narrow diagonal inches on either side to protect them with overhang..

4.0 out of 5 stars. Should work perfectVerified Buyer Reviewed by Horhaye from Morganton, NC on Thursday, January 27, 2011Like someone else said when you pull the tarp out the "eno" design sticks together and peels the decal off. Other than that it seems to work well. I havent had it in rain but set it up in my backyard and it covered by hammock perfectly (my hammock is not ENO brand, it is Grand Trunk) One thing I did that seemed to help the tarp stay tight is put a piece of paracord between the tree first to keep the ridgeline very tight.

5.0 out of 5 stars. super fast set up / STP value is awesomeVerified Buyer Reviewed by solocanoe from ft smith, ar on Tuesday, January 18, 2011I have been on the fence deciding what new tarp to get for my backup/dayhike GT UL hammock. The price / value here at Sierra Trading Post made the decision easy - very happy with the purchase.
The fast fly is just that - fast! I've used it as a hammock tarp, quick rain/lunch tarp, and also as a lean-to set up with a hiking pole - it's very easy to do and the tarp seems like it will be very durable.
I'm not an gram counter person...but the light weight is appreciated. I thought it would pack up smaller than it does...but it will probably last many, many seasons...so the size is a trade off for it's durability.
I'm undecided as to whether to try to peel off the giant letters or tape them off and lightly spray paint over them with an olive paint - I have the olive tarp...but no way they will stay. I like my camps to blend in...not stand out in the woods, but that's probably my army training.- Best Uses: Backpacking, Backyard, Beach, Car Camping, Climbing, Mountaineering
