5.0 out of 5 stars. Kids Hydration BackpackVerified Buyer Reviewed by AMackay from Utah on Monday, March 23, 2015We got this for our 3 year old for his birthday. With the straps clinched up all the way it fits him perfectly. He loves having access to water whenever he wants it and makes it easier for us when going on small hikes. It is very lightweight which is good for a small child but may affect the durability. My son also enjoys the little whistle on the chest strap and is a great safety feature. Testing it out we filled the bladder between 1 and 1.5 liters and put a small stuffed animal in the open pocket and a small snack. There was room for a few extra things but we wanted to keep the weight down for our 3 year old so he could carry it. He loves it and enjoys wearing it around the house!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect for 9 - 10 year old kidsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Billy from Texas on Sunday, April 24, 2011Purchased 2 of these, one for my 7 year old & one for a 9 year old. They work perfectly and are adjustable enough to fit their different body sizes. These also have some storage, so they can carry their own snacks.
I purchased both this product and the CamelBak Skeeter Hydration Pack - 1L. This product (Mini MULE) is far superior to the Skeeter.- Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer

3.0 out of 5 stars. will it last?Verified Buyer Reviewed by TripleP from Colorado Springs, CO on Friday, April 8, 2011I bought these for both my kids because they hate carrying their own water. They are very light and hold a good amount of water for their size. The pack part is really nice and really well made - the drinking part, not so great. We tested these out on a quick hike (<2 miles). Before the hike was over, my son's pack had a hole in it where you sip. He is not particularly hard on things and this was the very first time he had used it. I really expected a product that is for kids to be more durable. Camelbak does have a warranty, so I probably will contact them about it.

4.0 out of 5 stars. AWESOMEVerified Buyer Reviewed by CollegeStudent from Olympic Peninsula, Washington on Monday, March 28, 2011I bought this for my niece and my boyfriends daughter went into her room and pulled out the money for one of her own she thought it was so cool. It fits a wide range of ages, from 6-12. It is for sure a hydration pack w/ room for some snacks or a lightweight shell, but not to pack clothes or gear. Very adjustable, and had great cushioning on the back. We haven't used it yet, but we were very pleased initially.
