These boots run a size big for me. Sierra made the return for a different size very pair free. The boots are a good quality also. I definitely will continue to do business with this company.

  • 1.0 out of 5 stars. Junk

I used these about 10 times this summer and everyone of the eyelets and speed laces have broken off. Each time it happened I had to take out the laces and thread it through the hole where the metal eyelet used to be. Now I don't have speed lacing and they are tough to get tight. Save your money and get something that will last.

  • 2.0 out of 5 stars. No Water drain outlet on boot

Bought these for my son as the price was too good to pass up. This is his second pair of wading boots, with his first pair in a different brand lasted 2 seasons before falling apart. They were cheaply made, but with his foot growing 1-2 sizes per year, I’m being practical. OK, so here’s the problem; He used them for the first time and noticed they felt like cement shoes leaving the river. Why did they feel so heavy you ask? The intelligent designer if this wading boot forgot to install drain holes which are a necessity in any wading boot. So, great price, but poor features and performance. My son complained that he didnt want to walk too far down the river because he was so tired just from lifting his feet full of water. There you have it.

Definitely worth the price on STP. If I was to pay full price I might pay a little more for a better boot, but these work very well. I was looking for a boot that was better for medium approaches to the stream. So far no structural issues at 10+ days; however due to the padding when they get wet they are HEAVY. Also the sizing seems off. I did my typical half size up (street 10.5 sized up to 11), but compared to my others they feel like a full size more at least. Can't say I'd recommend downsizing, but they definitely have a clown shoe feel. Overall I'd say for this price go for it!

Roomy and well built. Have used 3 or 4 times so far and very happy.
