5.0 out of 5 stars. GO TO shoesReviewed by Sue from Michigan on Saturday, June 15, 2019I really like these shoes....have two pair. They are my "GO TO' everyday shoe. Sometimes after a long day the elastic gets a little tight on top of foot due to swelling....that's just me though.
Wish I could buy more of these to have as a spare. don't find they carry my size anymore. They wear well and are stylish.

I wore it to hear a speaker talk (standing room only.) to my surprise, this time Dansko did not work well for standing around, my feet was sore and I could feel my hip was sore after 30 minutes.
But it is a cute style. -

I had read complaints about the tight elastic on the top, but I didn't have a problem with that. But the shoes just weren't cushioned enough for me; the foot bed was relatively rigid. They weren't uncomfortable, but they weren't that immediate "ahhh", that my previous bezees had provided. They appeared very high quality and true to size, but I had to send them back.

The gray pair is a follow-up to the black suede, which have become my new "daily driver" pair. I wear size 37 in closed-toe styles, and these run true to size and fit beautifully without pinching or slipping. They look great with everything: shorts, leggings, slacks, socks, no socks, casual skirts and dresses. My only concern - the elastic that holds the shoe in place on top is wearing thin and looks like it may snap soon. My plan is to repair it so I can continue to wear them; they are just that comfortable and versatile.

I was concerned the elastics would feel too tight, but they are light enough that they are fine. If that ever becomes an issue, I might replace the elastics with laces.
I have worn various Dansko clogs in size 38 for years, but in this shoe, size 37 fits perfectly.
The other Dansko I wear that fits perfectly right now is the "Tamara" clog in size 38. -

They are cute with skirts or pants and good for walking. Bought for an upcoming trip to Italy. However, the heel slipped on me. Tried heel cushion/fillers; for some reason that made the slipping worse! I had to return them, but found them in a smaller size elsewhere.
